In an effort to insure all patients' rights to privacy and confidentiality, all employees of Newport Health Network will adhere to the guidelines set forth in Newport Health Network's Privacy Manual.

Protected Patient health information obtained by Newport Health Network will be viewed and utilized exclusively by employees of Newport Health Network solely for the purpose of providing quality hearing and balance healthcare.

Protected patient health information will never be released, except for the purpose of treatment, insurance billing, and healthcare operations.
It is our privacy policy that no other disclosures of your health care information will be made without prior written authorization, except as required by law.
